Creative Cookie - Eighteen books on the shelves (well, some stand the test of time!) and Rosemary Moon still loves to cook. "Mine is family food with the emphasis definitely on flavour". Rosemary presented Dish of the Day on BBC1 as part of Pebble Mill Daytime TV and has been writing and talking about food ever since.
The Furrowed Farmers - Willie and Mariella Fleming grow salads for the major multiples on their LEAF accredited farm near Chichester, in Sussex. Previously voted Organic Growers of the Year, they quit organics due to the uneconomic and unreasonable demands of their customers and now happily practice integrated farm management. Their farm has won many environmental awards and is a great place for them to bring up their four children.
Our Gardening Gurus are Jim Buckland and Sarah Wain, the Manager and Supervisor at the fabulous West Dean Gardens and very much the brains and the powerhouses behind the whole fantastic garden restoration. They will be providing hints and tips for growing your own produce and MoonBites will keep you posted on all the major gardens events at West Dean during the coming year.
